Congratulations. You received the seed capital from the bank and can start realising your business idea by organising operations.

In order to organise your business hotel your Business Planning Tool will assist you again.

Before you enter the Business Planning Tool, please read the following theory topics: How to organise a company, Balanced Scorecard, Strategic Management - How to build a vision and mission statement. Here you will learn how to define objectives and derive strategies from themas well as define indicators that measure your performance, Service Quality Management and Human Resource Management.

After reading the suggested theory topics you should be able to organise operations in your hotel.

Please enter the Business Planning Tool from your desktop and open the work sheet Balanced Scorecard. Then follow the instructions (write down the name of your hotel, the vision and mission statement for your hotel and set objectives in the Balanced Scorecard).

When you have finalised the Business Planning Tool please don't forget to save it on your desktop. On the paper your hotel seems to be well organised and ready for operating. To make sure that you gained all knowledge required to open up and manage your hotel you have to proove your business knowlegde in a quiz. Please continue and enter the quiz.
