Before you can begin operations in the first business quarter, you have to build your hotel according to your business plan. You have already bought the property, which came with a certain number of rooms, but now you have to decide on how many rooms you will include in your operations as well as the quality of the room furnishings and equipment. The results of these decisions will indicate the star level of your hotel. In your business plan you have already planned how much staff you need for your operations. Now you have to decide how many and what kind of staff you hire. Remember that all these parameters should reflect your vision and mission statement.

In order to build up your hotel and to run the first business quarter please download the game platform from the menu Platform download.

Then open the simulation and start the game 'Start-up and stabilization'. Business operations start.
