Before you can begin operations in the first business quarter, you have to build and equip your restaurant according to your business plan. Decide on how many seats your restaurant will have. Also choose the quality of the furnishings and equipment. In your business plan you have already planned how much staff you need for your operations. Now you have to decide how many and what kind of staff you hire. Remember that all these parameters should reflect your vision and mission statement.

In order to run the first business quarter please download the game platform for phase2 from the menu Platform Download.
Then open the simulation and start the game 'Growth'. Business operations start.
